At Throne & Tail, we partner with a global network of top-tier print-on-demand studios to ensure your custom orders are produced and shipped as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Where We Print and Ship From To provide you with faster delivery and avoid unexpected import duties, your order is automatically routed to the production facility closest to your delivery address. Our fulfillment network includes local studios in:

United States:Â Produced and shipped within the US.

United Kingdom:Â Produced and shipped from a UK-based studio.

European Union:Â Produced and shipped from an EU facility.

Australia:Â Produced and shipped via local Australian fulfillment.

Processing and Delivery Times Because every physical item is custom-made to order, please allow at least 10 days from the time you place your order to when it arrives at your door. If you are ordering for a birthday or special occasion, we highly recommend ordering well in advance.

Production Time:Â 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Transit Time:Â 3 to 6 business days.
In a Rush? Choose Digital Downloads If you have a strict deadline or need a last-minute gift, we offer Digital Downloads for select products. Digital files are delivered to your email in seconds, allowing you to download and print the artwork same-day at any local print shop.
Damaged or Defective Prints We take quality seriously, but occasionally accidents happen in transit. If your physical print arrives damaged, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra charge. Here is the process:

Take Photos:Â Photograph the damage clearly. Please include photos of both the damaged print and the packaging it arrived in.

Contact Us: Submit the photos along with your order number at support@throneandtail.com.

Replacement:Â Once we review the photos, we will authorize and dispatch a free replacement within one business day.
Order Tracking Once your order has finished production and has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
(Note: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.)
