Return and Refund Policy

Because every item at Throne & Tail is custom-printed specifically for you once an order is placed, our return policy differs from standard retail. We offer a 14-day replacement or refund policy strictly for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to report a problem. To start a claim, contact us at support@throneandtail.com and include:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
  3. A photo of the packaging (if the package arrived damaged).

Note: In most cases of damage or defects, a physical return is not required. We will simply use your photo evidence to issue a free replacement or a refund.

Important: Return Address If a physical return is exceptionally required, we will provide you with specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the address listed on your shipping label. That address belongs to our print partner's manufacturing facility, and any items sent there cannot be processed, refunded, or recovered. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Because we do not hold inventory and every item is made-to-order, our items qualify as custom products. As such, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for "buyer’s remorse"—such as ordering the wrong size, the wrong color, or simply changing your mind.

We highly encourage you to review the sizing charts provided on our product pages before completing your purchase. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges Since our products are printed on demand, we do not hold stock to facilitate traditional exchanges for different sizes or colors. If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, please reach out to us at support@throneandtail.com. While we cannot process a direct exchange, we are happy to work with you and may offer a special discount code to help you order the correct size.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, standard consumer rights apply. However, please note that the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods. Because our items are printed specifically for your order (made-to-order), they fall under this exemption and are not eligible for "change of mind" returns. Damaged or defective items are, of course, still fully protected and eligible for a replacement or refund.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim and photo evidence, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
